About UsBrevard PALS stands for Providing Autism Links and Supports. PALS is a non-profit organization affiliated with C.A.R.D., The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, in Orlando. We have been active in Brevard County since 2008.
Our mission is to bring medical professionals, educators, community organizations and parents together to identify the needs of families and individuals dealing with Autism in Brevard County. Our membership includes representatives from Pediatrics in Brevard, the Brevard County School System, The Scott Center for Autism, C.A.R.D., Space Coast Early Intervention Center, Family Liaison Project, Angels Bridging Gaps, SOAK and Child and Family Consultants.
Brevard PALS provides free educational seminars, workshops, events, and has created a website directory of services for Autism at www.brevardautism.com.
Our hope is to have two events this summer, one being our Annual Summer Camp-2-Can for children and adolescents with Autism. (Date and Time TBA) All of our camps and educational events are subsidized by money received through fundraising and grants. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has caused us to cancel two of our annual fundraisers, the loss of money jeopardizes our scholarship fund for children attending the summer programs. If you would like to support our efforts, donations may be made through our website at http://www.brevardautism.com/PALS/donate. All funds raised by Brevard PALS benefits families in Brevard County.
Brevard PALS wants to thank you for your generous support of our events and your support of our endeavor to bring together the resources of our Brevard community to address the needs of families and individuals with Autism in Brevard County.
